What will I need to bring? Travel light! Casual clothes that you can move in, suntan lotion, bathing suit, bug spray (for the no see ums on the beach at dawn and dusk), pens for journalling and anything you want to bring to collage (we'll provide all other art supplies). Try to do carry-on: baggage pick-up at the airport can be overwhelming! Most places take U.S. dollars, but you might want to pick up some Mexican pesos in case you want to go shopping on market day and do some haggling!

Do I need to have any experience in painting, Qigong, Tai Chi or journaling to enjoy myself? No experience is necessary! We don't assume any prior knowledge, and will be demonstrating everything you need to know. If you already have a creative/meditative/Qigong/yoga practice, you will also benefit by taking the time to focus on, and expand your practice, among a supportive group of women.
