Suggested Supply List
Sketchbook
140 lb. cold press watercolor paper, 9 x 12 in. (or larger) - at least 4 sheets
Acrylic or gouache paints - minimum of white, black, red, yellow, blue
1 roll painter's tape
2-3 brushes (recommended sizes from a #8 round to a 1" utility brush)
crayons or oil pastels
Modge Podge or white glue
Palette knife and/or other tools to spread paint
We'll also use these items you probably have at home:
Pens, pencils, markers
Other papers such as newspapers, magazines, wrapping paper, handwritten lists, tissue paper, copier paper, old paper maps, pages from books
scissors
2 containers for water (32 oz. yogurt containers work really well)
Rags or paper towels
Plastic lid or other flat surface to use as a palette
Newspaper or plastic tablecloth to protect your work surface
Apron or old shirt to protect your clothes
